How can something so basic be so complicated at the same time?
Man and Woman meet. They both think the other is amazing. Commonalities abound. Intense “like” emerges, nothing like love, but attraction, interest, enjoyment and anxiety waiting for the next time they spoke. They live 1,100 miles from one another. The distance keeps everything (emotionally and psychically) in check. The trip is planned to her city. Then everything became real. She shied away. She started to mention her ex-boyfriend and tried to justify their relationship and it’s finality.
Did she begin to pick Man apart? Was she looking for and finding faults?
He could feel the distance growing. He could also see her jealousy grow when her best friend was kind to him and flirted with him. She avoided the situation. Had he become a tool to make her ex-boyfriend jealous? Would he confront her about it?
Was it even worth it?

I don’t like it when you write fiction.
Who said it’s fiction?
I did. Please refer to my last comment.
Who says you are correct?
I’ve hear this story, an old man with a white whispy beard told it to me while feeding the pigeons at the park.
Right on Brother.
NOTHING IS SIMPLE EVERYTHING IS COMPLICATED….YOU ROLL WITH THE PUNCHES….THATS LIFE…LIVE AND LOVE IT…OR HATE IT, ITS YOUR LIFE AND UNFORTUANTELY OTHERS ARE GOING TO BE INTWINED IN IT REGARDLESS OF EVERYTHING…
