How to Break Into a Neighborhood of Cars or At Least A Street Full of Them
This will work better during the Holiday Season, when many people are out of town, and especially in the city, where a lot of people are forced to park in the street rather than up a driveway, but can work anytime.
1) One day during the week, place flyers on car windshields promoting some fake (or real) business.
2) A couple of days later come by and see which cars still have these flyers under their windshield wipers. These are the cars to hit. If the owners haven’t driven them in a couple of days or even bothered to take off the flyer than they are perfect for the break-in.
3) That night post two scouts in automobiles at either end of the streets. Any car with the flyer on the windshield gets hit. Be as quiet as possible and the owners might not even notice for days after.
