Holy shit! This is the sort of music I fill most of my days with. This is the music that inspires me and I can’t get this song nor the video out of my head.
I wasn’t in Europe long enough to fully appreciate the music scene, but I want to go back. It’s a bummer that bands like Mogwai rarely come here and Sigur Rós shows are sold out. I did get to see Múm in Seattle in October and Sigur Rós at the Hollywood Bowl a couple years back. Both amazing, both very beautiful, but what about The Funerals? I don’t even know if they exist as a band anymore and I can’t find info online for them. Will Ki:Mono make it to the US? Will Kwoon? Who knows. Must keep my ear to the ground. Until then we have this Kwoon Video.
